OUTLINE:-
We have created something a little different this Autumn, to explore the South Downs
We know you need time away to breathe, feel free and move into levity. So we have curated a wonderful retreat to deliver you, a feeling of adventure and so you remember your wild spirited self.
As soon as you arrive you are lead into a breathwork session, to reset your body and let go of all that stress.
How would you like to explore the South Downs on an electric bike?
If you like your yoga under the shade of oaks, in the shadow of the South Downs, or maybe in the wooden floor yurt, surrounded by woodland, where just breathing in, is forest bathing.
How about plant based suppers with produce grown from our kitchen garden and cooked by our favourite retreat chef, Charlotte at Oat Kitchen.
Imagine feasting accompanied by the sound of a fountain, created by Bloomsbury ceramicist, Quentin Bell.
There will be an oppurtunity to stretch your legs and lungs, and walk for miles across the roof of the South Downs with views for days. Feel free to get lost in the landscape .

TESTIMONIALS FROM PREVIOUS RETREATS:-
From start to finish I absolutely loved my Go Wild Retreat. From the idyllic setting at Tilton House, to the incredible food, to the diverse range of activities, everything was absolutely spot on. I felt very at home and comfortable straight away; I had never been on a retreat before and this was such a lovely experience for me and I loved every second.
- Millie E - Go Wild 28th June 2021
I am very glad that I returned to Tilton House for a second retreat after a year away. This one was equally moving and inspiring. The yoga, the many other retreat activities, and the delicous meals were a gift for me. Life has been challenging and the retreat was a pocket of time when everything else went away. It was a rare moment in which I was truly immersed in the here and now. And that doesn’t seem to happen much these days. I made four new friends, too - a windfall given last year's lockdown.
- Sharon Bylenga - Go Wild 28th June 2021
Go Wild retreat combines just the right balance of outdoor activities, yoga and socialising. To complete this perfect arrangement is the beautiful location and surroundings of Tilton House, with its historical legacy and picturesque gardens. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to visiting again!
